Clients coming to me for support with their Brain health are motivated by experience of steadily-but-inexplicably declining cognitive function or mild cognitive impairment in themselves or in those around them, and they are now ready to prioritise their Brain health; making sometimes challenging but always collaborative and sustainable changes to their nutrition, diet and lifestyle.

I am a qualified & certified ReCODE 2.0 Practitioner with specialist knowledge of using diet and lifestyle strategies to support Brain health, in particular Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. And it’s not just for Clients diagnosed with these conditions; nurturing and nourishing your Brain health is becoming an established and evidenced modus operandi in safeguarding a long healthspan to match our increasing lifespan.

Using my specialist Brain health training and nutritional acumen I provide my Clients with personalised protocols which combine Brain-nourishing foods, sustainable dietary habits, lifestyle modifications, targeted functional medicine tests and dietary supplements (where & when I believe they will add value and clarity to your Nutritional Therapy programme) to support and enrich Brain Gain. Importantly, I work with Clients to discover the root cause(s) of their cognitive impairment symptoms with the aim of supporting and revitalising their Brain health, cognitive and executive function, memory, and appreciation & enjoyment of life.
